An idyllic country bed and breakfast close to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and Royal Leamington Spa. Church Hill Farm is a 300 acre working farm with a farmhouse that offers a friendly, informal atmosphere in unique surroundings within the heart of the delightful village of Lighthorne in Warwickshire.

The historic Cruck farmhouse (grade II listed, dating back to the 15th century) has been a family home for hundreds of years and contains fine antique furniture. There are just 3 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms that have recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

You are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome, hearty breakfasts using local produce and an enjoyable & relaxing stay

The farm is a convenient location for visits to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Shakespeare country and the Cotswolds. There is easy motorway access (M40). Also nearby: Birmingham & Coventry Airports, Birmingham NEC, Aston Martin factory, Gaydon, Jaguar & Landrover HQ, Gaydon, Leamington Spa and Banbury.

There are 3 rooms - 2 doubles and a 1 twin

HOW TO FIND US

We are just 3 miles from M40 Junction 12


From M40
As you leave M40 (junction 12) turn left towards Gaydon. At roundabout turn right on to B4100 heading towards Heritage Centre, Warwick. Stay on B4100 until you see sign for Lighthorne on left. As you enter village you will come down a steep hill. Turn right immediately at bottom of hill (it is beside a tiny triangular village green with parked cars around it ) - if you pass The Antelope pub on your left you have missed the turning!
Stay on this road past the “Dead End” sign - until the very end – you will pass the church and some new barn conversions. Follow the road round to the left and into our car park on the right (you will see steps leading up to the front door)

From the south
From Stratford-on-Avon and the south follow B4455 Fosseway northwards (further south this is the A429) at crossroads (Moreton Morrell left) turn right for Lighthorne.
Once in the village you can follow the directions above but turn left at the village green.
