Ashley & Cindy welcome you to Jasmine House - Newquay's friendliest guesthouse!

Jasmine House is a five room guesthouse situated conveniently on the main road into Newquay, Cornwall's premier tourist resort and the UK's surf capital.

We are five minutes' walk from Newquay's beautiful Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Porth beaches and just a stone's throw from the popular local shops at Chester Road (including banks, post office, newsagent and Spar convenience store). Newquay town centre with its array of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs is a ten minute stroll away.

We offer a warm welcome, local knowledge to share and a relaxing, comfortable stay here in Newquay, Cornwall!

YOUR HOSTS
Ashley and Cindy Stockwell moved to Newquay from West Sussex in 2002 to achieve their dream of running a guesthouse in their favourite UK holiday destination. Cindy is a qualified chef - something you may appreciate when you have tried one of our breakfasts! Ashley is an accomplished surfer and has a wealth of local knowledge to share. You are always assured of a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere at Jasmine House!

Our rooms all have TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh flowers and towels. Your room is serviced daily throughout your stay.

THE MASTER BEDROOM: A large, luxury room with cosy wooden panelling and an exotic theme! This romantic boudoir also features en-suite bathroom with spa corner bath and shower.

THE ORIENTAL ROOM: Our newest room was completed for this season and is tastefully decorated in a soothing oriental theme. This comfortable double en-suite bedroom is situated on the ground floor.

THE FAMILY ROOM: The double room is a cosy, cottage style bedroom with adjoining private shower room and WC. This room is situated on the ground floor.

THE TWIN ROOM: This bright, first floor room is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and has an en-suite shower and WC. It is suitable for sharing adults or older children.

PARKING
We have ample off road parking at Jasmine House.

SMOKING
We respectfully ask guests not to smoke inside Jasmine House but you are always welcome to use our attractive and sheltered garden to indulge!

DOGS
Friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome at Jasmine House but please advise us at the time of booking. Please remember to bring food and drink bowls for your dog.
