Nigel, Emma, Jake & Ryan from Coventry would like to welcome you to the Tam O' Shanter Guest House.

We are a small friendly Guest House that offers full English breakfast and evening meals to fulfil the heartiest of appetites and always extends a warm welcome to all our guests couples, families and contractors. We do cater for groups but they must pre book and are not mixed with families or couples.

We are located central Blackpool just a 2 minute walk from Central Pier. Being centrally located means you are in the middle of all Blackpool's attractions. Close enough to the attractions but away from all the noise.

The Guest House is situated close to Blackpool Tower and town centre with the Pleasure Beach being only a short walk away.

Close by are a major selection of pubs and clubs including the super club The Syndicate.

The Waterloo Road shopping area is five minutes away, with a good selection of cafes, gift shops and indoor markets.

Family, double, single and party rooms available all with tea / coffee making facilities and TV.

The family and group rooms accommodates comfortably up to 5 people, all rooms are proportionate to the number of persons they accommodate.

At the moment we do only have standard rooms as reflected in the prices.

  • Dining Room. The dining room is separate from the bar, the room is a fresh and relaxed area just right for eating your meal.
  • Optional evening meal.
  • Bar snacks available.
  • Here at the Tam O'Shanter we have a well stocked bar which is open all day from 10am; our official closing time is 1am but that's only a guide.
  • We have all games such as darts, dominoes, cards and game consoles to play also we have a massive 42" TV to watch all the soaps.
  • All major credit cards accepted
